Joan MargaretANDREWSPeacefully on Tuesday 13th October under the excellent care of Greenacres Care Home Meltham, Joan aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Eric, loving mum of David, Peter and mum-in-law of Pat and the late Carol. Treasured grandma of Hayley, Dean and Holly and sister of Barbara. Joan was a dedicated midwife for over 40 years, Sister Andrews will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who knew her. Private family service to be held on Friday 6th November at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland at 11:15am. Family flowers only, donations are appreciated in Joan's memory to MS Society www.mssociety.org.uk or Muscular Dystrophy www.musculardystrophyuk.org All enquires to T W Birks and Son, 317 Meltham Road Netherton, Huddersfield. 01484 683322.
