Samuel ErnestATKIN ((Sam))(Sam) It is with great sadness Angela and family have to announce the death of Sam who passed away peacefully in the Macmillan Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital on 11th January 2020 after a short illness fought with courage and dignity. A truly amazing, adored husband and dad, respected father-in-law, grandad, brother-in-law, much loved uncle, nephew and friend to many. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Friday 31st January at 12.00 noon. Family flowers preferred, if desired donations to the Macmillan Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital.
