WarrenBAKERPassed away peacefully on 20th June at the University Hospital of Wales, aged 54 years. Much loved father to Chloe, beloved husband of the late Kay, son of the late Trevor and Sheila, dear brother to Mark, Perry and Melanie, son-in-law to Gwen, brother-in-law to John, Andrew, Ruth, Kirstie and Julia and an uncle and great uncle to all his nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. Due to current restrictions, the funeral will be private. Floral tributes may be sent to the funeral home.
