DerekBATES(Pelton) Passed away peacefully in hospital aged 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary, a devoted father to Jill and Lynn, a loving and caring grandad to Oscar, a lifelong champion for social justice, will always be loved, missed and remembered, a life well lived to be celebrated, not mourned. Due to current advice and restriction there will be a private graveside service at Pelton Cemetery on Thursday 4th June at 1pm, however should you wish to pay your respects, you may do so at the cemetery observing social distancing. Family flowers only but if donations desired may be made to Alzheimers Society.
