JohnBLACKBURNForest Hall Peacefully in hospital on the 2nd January, with his loving family by his side, aged 42 years, John. Beloved son of Carol and the late Bruce, a much loved brother of Mark. An adored uncle of Jamie and Harvey. John will be greatly missed by Angela, Richard and all his family and friends. Please meet for service at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Friday 11th January at 3pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Critical Care Unit, RVI. A collection box will be available at the service.
