Diane BridgetCOSTLEYSadly passed away on 15th November 2018, aged 65 years. Much loved and devoted Mum and Nan, will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Friday 7th December 2018 in Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium at 11:15am. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, made payable to the RSPCA.
