Jacqueline AnneFITZPATRICKJacque Wells Sunrise 16th May 1971 - Sunset 24th March 2019 The dearly loved daughter of John, Clessie and Kate, a loving mother of Sinead and Jade and also the devoted nan of Dai'Janelle. She will be sadly missed by all her sisters, brothers, nephews, nieces and close friends. A celebration of Jacque's life will be held at St Thomas' Church, Longroyd Bridge at 11:00am on Friday 3rd May followed by interment at the Hey Lane Cemetery. Family flowers only please but donations would be gratefully received for which a donation box will be available at Church. Any enquiries to the D.J. Screen & Sons Funeral Home, Fartown, Tel 01484 452220, Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Church.
