CourtneyFREDERICKDied on the 11th December 2018, aged 25. A wonderful son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. His funeral service will be on Wednesday 16th January 2019 at Guiseley Methodist Church, LS20 9EP at 12pm followed by a burial at Yeadon Cemetery, LS19 7UR. Refreshments will be at Moortown Social Club, Cranmer Gardens, LS17 5LA thereafter. Please come and share in celebrating Courtney's amazing life with us. Dress code is "dress in your best and prepare to go down as gentlemen" It was Courtney's dream to create a programme of sport for coaching children with different abilities to enjoy sport. A crowdfunding page has been set up to raise funds to follow his dream.
