Lynda MaryGRIFFITHS (nee Crapp)GRIFFITHS - LYNDA MARY (nee Crapp), August 21, 2020. Passed away peacefully at home. Cherished widow of Eirian, beloved mother of Anna and Tim, mother-in-law to Miles and Tracy, adored Naini of Emma, Eleri, Holly, Chloe, Lucy and Nia, little sister of Barbara and loved aunt Lolly of Debbie and Guy. Lynda leaves many friends and colleagues having been born in Craig y Don nearly 83 years ago and living and working in the community she loved as a primary school teacher, at Loretto School and later St Joseph's Primary School, Colwyn Bay. She bore her cancer diagnosis and treatment since 2018 with her characteristic dignity and optimism. We will miss her radiant smile, her kindness and interest in the wellbeing of others. Funeral is at St Hilary's Church on Thursday 3rd September 2020 at 1.45pm and then at the Crematorium, by invitation only. Any donations would be gratefully received in aid of Marie Curie and Alaw Endowment Fund (Oncology Unit, Ysbyty Gwynedd) via Funeral Directors Sovereign Funeral Services Ltd, 18a Mostyn Avenue, LLandudno, LL30 1YS, Telephone 01492 879777.
