Robert JohnHANLONPassed away 22nd April 2021, after a long illness, aged 72 years. Dearly loved husband of Sue, much loved father and father law of Adam, Sarah, Peter, Elisabetha, Jennie and Iain, devoted grandad of Sophie, Thomas, James and George, and a dear brother and uncle. Private funeral on Friday 7th May at 10 a.m. at Tixall Road Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if wished to the Motor Neurone Disease Association and UHNM Charity to support the Diabetes Department at County Hospital. Enquiries to W Emery & Sons tel. 01785 251205

Dad, you have been the best. A man of few words but awesome hugs.

You taught me how to be independent and set me up with life skills so that I didn't need to rely on anyone and could help others when it was needed.

We had the best time on our pushes to the Duck pond, these will stay in my heart forever.

I'll always be your daddy's girl, rest easy now daddy bear xxx
