DavidHIPSHAWHIPSHAW - DAVID, April 1, 2020. Aged 66 years, in hospital after a short illness. David was of Ainsdale, Southport and formerly of Allerton, Liverpool. Devoted Son to the late Dolly and Harry, beloved Brother to the late Norman, and terribly missed by his siblings Pauline, Helene, Carol, Philip, Naomi and Sister in law Frances. Treasured Uncle and Great Uncle to all of his nieces and nephews and a wonderful inspiration to all privileged enough to know him. David followed his dream of dancing throughout his life, and shared his passion by teaching hundreds of others. His gentleness, encouragement, kindness and patience will never be forgotten, and he will be so greatly missed by so many. Keep dancing - until we meet again David. A private burial service will be held for David. A huge celebration of David's life will be held at a later date. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Cancer Research or Queenscourt Hospice, c/o Dean Brothers (Formby) Ltd, Deans Court, 76 Gores Lane, Formby, L37 7DF. Tel: 01704 872023.
