HUGHES, Arthur. Born 23rd July 1940 in Glasgow to Arthur and Mary Hughes. Young Arthur moved to England and showed promise, winning a scholarship to The Kings School, Macclesfield, completing his education and later qualifying as an engineer. He passed away unexpectedly on the 28th December 2011 after an enjoyable Family Christmas. He leaves a Sister, Five Children and numerous Grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.
