Passed away peacefully on 10th January 2011, aged 26 years. Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday 25th January 2011 at Bedworth Parish Church at 11.00 a.m. followed by burial in Marston Lane Cemetery. Floral tributes may be sent care of J.E. Hackett & Sons Ltd, 93 Leicester Road, Bedworth.
