JayMATTHEWSSuddenly at home on December 26th, Jay aged 46 years. Loved and adored husband of Hollie, devoted and fun dad of Jodie, Liam, Toby, Emmy, Rex and Art, dearly loved son of Wendy and Phil, loving brother of Gary, very special uncle of Gavin and also a wonderful friend to so many who shall be deeply and sorely missed. Service to take place on Thursday January 17th in St Mark's Church, Thornaby at 2.00pm followed by cremation in the Chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium at 3.30pm. Would friends please meet at church. Family flowers only please, by request. Donations in lieu if so desired to a fund to honour Jay's memory. A collection box shall be available at the crematorium chapel or donations may be sent c/o Irene Jessop Funeral Service, Isla House, 81-83 Lanehouse Road, Thornaby. Tel : 01642 601736.
