Major HoraceSIMMS (Ross)Ross Retired Police Officer from North Yorkshire Constabulary and Metropolitan Police Force. Passed away peacefully on 10th November 2021, with his positive attitude to life he reached the grand age of 90 years. Husband of the late Jean Evelyn Simms, father of Gareth and Victoria and a much loved Pampa. He will be dearly missed by all his family. Funeral service at St Peter's Church, Winchcombe at 11.30am on Wednesday 8th December . Family flowers only, donations for British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Mason & Stokes, 54 Hewlett Road, Cheltenham GL52 6AH
