Charles EdwardSUTTONPassed away on June 2nd 2022 at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, Charles Edward aged 94 years of Stockton Brook, devoted husband of the late Elaine dearly loved dad to Gillian and the late Philip, treasured brother of Ray, Ethel and the late Harry and a dear father-in-law to Michael. Funeral Thursday June 30th, Service at St Lukes Church, Leek at 1.45pm followed by interment at Leek Cemetery. Will friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Dementia UK. Inquiries to S. Sigley & Sons, Funeral Directors, Leek. Tel. 01538 382048.

So very saddened today to learn of your passing almost a year ago Charles. I've thought about you so often since I left SDT. You were one of the nicest blokes I ever knew, with a great sense of humour. A truevold schooler. You will be missed.
