MaryWALKERFormerly of Burnley Road, Broadclough, Bacup, passed away peacefully at Heather Grange Care Home on January 23, just a few days before her 101st birthday. She was the final survivor of eight children born to Wright and Mary Alice Walker and leaves five nieces and several great nieces and nephews. Mary worked as a telephonist for many years at Bacup Exchange and then for the Civil Service in Burnley. She will be greatly missed by all her family who would like to thank the staff at Heather Grange for the care of Mary over the past four years. The funeral is on Wednesday, February 7 at 11.30am at Burnley Crematorium. Any donations to a charity of your choice - thank you.
