In Memoriam for Sadie ARMSTRONG (HEATHCOTE)

Hello Mam Even after all these 29 years I still go through that terrible day, as you will know I've had loads of counselling to help me come to terms with losing you but I haven't and never will, mam, you were the only person who looked out for me, I go through what happened and it still hurts so much, I can never forgive myself for not coming into your bedroom that day, after dropping Michelle at school, many people have told me that I wasn't meant to be the person who found you, but I would normally come into your bedroom and wake you up ! I am very sorry I haven't been to the cemetery for such a long time but I'm really having problems walking, I'm on the list to have at least my right knee replaced. I hope you aren't lonely mam. Hello Mam, Yesterday I was thinking about when i lost you, I think about you so much, you were my rock, Im in contact with Gregg, hes having a rough time with his health, mine is getting worse, i need something done with my legs, anyway I wanted to tell you how much I love and miss you, I'm on my own, again, so I adopted a beautiful little tabby, Ive renamed her, Molly shes about 9, you would love her, I do so much. You were and still are very special to me, you're my mam ! I love you, and always will Pamela xxxx

Hello Mam, As everyday I miss you so much, I'm alone every day, I was sitting at 9am today, and I was going through that horrendous day when you passed, I'd taken Michelle to school as usual, then i called in to see you,again as usual, when i walked into your flat and walked passed your bedroom you were still in bed with your back to the door, i thought oh thats great you were having a liein, so I didnt disturb you so i left you a note then came home,I'd been in about 15 minutes and the phone rang i thought it was you, but it was Sylvia, she said Pamela i know youve already been in to your mams but i think you should come back,of course i did and Sylvia was at the door, she took me in the office, as soon as she closed the door I knew,and i said, shes gone hasnt she ? She said yes, I think so, she brought me up to your flat, and you were lying in the same place, when i looked at your face, you were starting to turn blue, Oh mam, why didnt i come into your bedroom, was I not supposed to find you ? Ive asked those questions over and over again,you're my mam, I wasnt ready to lose you ! All my love Pamela xxxx

Hello Mam, I'm so sorry I couldnt visit you today but i can barely walk even if i did use the car it would have been a struggle,i really hope i can visit you very soon,I love and miss you so very,very, much Pamela XXXXXXX
