Cerys ElizabethO'BOYLEO'BOYLE CERYS ELIZABETH On October 13th, passed away after a short stay in hospital, aged 21 years. Beloved Daughter of Angela and John, Sister of Nathan, Granddaughter, Niece, former student and Head Girl at Conyers School and History Student at the University of Sheffield. Service to be held in St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Monday October 29th at 4pm prior to cremation. Bright colours to be worn if possible. Cerys. Not only were you my team mate on the pitch, you were my sister off the pitch. I will treasure every single memories, photos and videos that I have with you from this day forward.

All those special memories that we have together will always bring a smile. If only we could have you back, to play football, and to sit and talk again, like we used to. You always meant so much, and you always will do too. The fact that you are no longer here, will always cause me pain, but you’re forever in my heart, until we meet again.

The most kindest, beautifulest, energetic woman. I love you and I miss you Cerys. Until we meet again my friend. Sleep tight. XxxXxx
