MarkWOLFENDALE15th April 2019 Passed away peacefully in Clarendon Court, Nantwich, aged 51 years. Mark, beloved husband to Julie, dearly loved dad of Jake, Joel and Martie. Funeral service at Nantwich Methodist Church on Wednesday 8th May 2019 at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations to St Lukes Hospice and Clarendon Court Care Home.
