He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Frank's funeral service will take place at Widnes Crematorium on Friday 6th March 2020 at 11:00 am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Widnes RLFC. Requested by the family those attending to wear brightly coloured clothing.
