Yvonne JAARTSEN (Grant)Grant Passed suddenly 18th June at Derriford. Dearly loved Mum to Vanessa, Matthew, Steph & Kevin. Partner of Cecil. Loving Nannie of 8 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren. Already greatly missed by all. Thank you to Emma & team at SJ Backwell & celebrant Grace Jevons. A private family interment will take place at a later date Lately of Boyton, Cornwall
