LesALEXANDER(Seahouses) Died peacefully in hospital on Sunday 10th October 2021, Leslie Smith Alexander aged 88 years. Loving husband to Irene, father to Martin, Lynne and the late Gillian, special granda and great-granda to all his grandchildren. Private cremation to be held on Monday 25th October followed by a Celebration of Life Service at St Paul's Church, North Sunderland at 2.00pm. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Prostate Cancer c/o Alan D Haile Funeral Services, 5 James Street, Seahouses, Northumberland, NE68 7XZ. Tel: 01665 720258.

We will miss the annual Christmas message from Les that passed between us since we first met in Seaham in 1995. Les was always in good cheer and I will treasure his book, Seaham a Town at War. Rest in Peace
