Emma LouiseALLEN ((nee Slater-Moore))(nee Slater-Moore) Of Mackworth, formerly of Mayfield. Passed away peacefully at home on the 14th July 2020. Aged 37 years. Beloved Wife of Matt. Devoted Mum to Finley. A precious Daughter, Daughter in law, Sister, Grand-Daughter, Niece and friend to many. A family service to celebrate Emma's life will be held at St.Francis of Assisi Church, Mackworth on Monday 27th July 2020 at 1.00pm. The cortege will then leave the church at 1.45pm for a cremation at Markeaton Crematorium, Derby at 2pm in the main chapel. Family flowers only.
