ChristopherAMENDED NOTICE SWEENEYPeacefully on Saturday January 7th 2012, at Tonna Hospital, after an illness borne with great courage and dignity. Chris, dearly loved husband of Pat. Much loved father of Julie and Stuart, Ryan and Laura, Mark and Carly and Ross and Jacqui. Adored bampa to all his grandchildren. Dear brother of John. Beloved son of the late Harold and Marion. Chris will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. Funeral Monday January 16th. Would friends please meet at Margam Crematorium at 12 noon for a service followed by cremation. No flowers by request, but donations if so desired to: Suite 4, Tonna Hospital (Cheques only please) c/o.
