ChadwickANN(NEE GREENWOOD) The family of the late Ann wish to thank all relatives and friends for their cards of condolence, ?owers and kind donations received following their sad loss. Special thanks to all who attended the funeral service and celebrated Ann’s life, to those who cared for Ann, especially the Macmillan Nurses and staff at Springhill Hospice and ?nally to Kavanagh & Coates for the way in which they handled the funeral arrangements.
