ErnASHWORTH ('Ernie')'Ernie' Peacefully on Boxing Day in the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, Ern aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband of Denise (Din), loving dad of Jo and Helen and father-in-law of Simon and Si, devoted grandad of Alice, Alex, Joseph and Luke and great grandad of Savannah, very dear to Danny and Jayde and a dear brother-in-law and uncle. A service to celebrate Ern's life will be held in the Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 25th January 2021 at 3.00pm. No flowers please by request, donations in his memory to benefit 'The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association' may be sent to Hillfields, Burghfield Common, Reading, Berkshire RG7 3YG or online via www.guidedogs.org.uk/donate-now All enquiries to:- Near & Near Undertakers, The Mews, David Street, Grimsby, DN32 9NN.
