Thank you to the many, many people who loved my sister and came to her funeral and talked about the Kathleen they knew - what a big part she was of their lives - attended her burial, sent lovely flowers for Kathleen and my mother, and attended the gathering afterwards where we listened to some of Kathleen's favourite music, talked, laughed, cried and gave comfort to each other with photos of Kathleen smiling and laughing, looking on. There was an opportunity to write messages of condolences and there will be a remembrance gathering for her friends in Oxford, where she lived for many years and made forever friendships. Regards from Carole "Sharon" Cowan. Kathleen was my younger sister, one of "Us lot", as the six (including our eldest niece) that she grew up with call ourselves.
