PhilipBALMER9th July 2020 Passed away peacefully at home, aged 74 years, Phil will be deeply missed by all. His loving family and friends service will take place at Widnes Crematorium on Friday 24th July at 12 noon, family flowers only please, donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation.
