What a lovely man. I've followed City all my life and I am a season ticket holder. I saw him at David Lloyd a few years ago and after 20 minutes, I finally plucked up courage to go and speak to him. He told me it was his son on the treadmill who was a member. He seemed very shy at first, but then I shook his hand and we chatted and laughed about the games I'd watched live. It really made my year.
