JeanBIDDLEPassed away peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on Monday 5th April 2021, aged 80 years. Jean leaves behind her beloved partner Carl and children John, Jane and Susan and her six grandchildren Tilly, Elliot, Natalie, Ed, Dan and Jenny. Due to current circumstances a private service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Friday 23rd April. Flowers welcome and donations to Alzheimer's Society and Cancer Research can be sent care of Meek House 521 Burton Road Littleover DE23 6FT 01332 913 112 www.lymn.co.uk

My dearest Jean...To know you was to love you. From the very first time we met, your beautiful presence and infectious personality left an immediate and lasting impression. I will never forget how you warmly welcomed this young man from across the pond and embraced me with open arms to your lovely family. I will always remember and cherish our amazing friendship, as well as our many great times, adventures and laughter together! We had the privilege of Jean being part of our extended family. She will always be remembered as a warm, elegant and kind person who was always interested in all we did. Her sharp wit meant every conversation was peppered with laughter which is a wonderful gift. Our thoughts are with our much loved Sis in law, Pete , Ed & Dan , Carl and all of Jeans family. It was so heart warming to know you still remembered me and Kalen growing up with Nat and Ell and I will never forget you. Such a lovely soul whose smile I could honestly never forget.
