Private committal followed by a service of Thanksgiving at Holy Trinity Parish Church, Amberley, on Wednesday 18th April at 2.00pm. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent for (and made payable to) The British Lung Foundation c/o Fred Stevens Funeral Directors, Newmarket Road, Nailsworth, GL6 0DQ
