Much loved wife of David, loving mum of Izzy.

A celebration of Mandie's life will be held at St Mary's Church, Beverley on Friday 13th February at 1pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations much appreciated for Muscular Dystrophy UK.

Mandie requested that all those who are attending her service to please wear colourful clothing.
