Susan AnneCASEYPassed away peacefully in North Tees University Hospital in the arms of her loving Husband Paul, on the 30th of November 2021, aged 60 years. Devoted Mam of Nicola, Kelly and Simone, adored Grandma of Grace and dear sister of Cindy. Funeral Service to be held on Thursday 16th of December at 1 p.m. in the Maplewood chapel, Stockton Crematorium. Family flowers only please, by request. Donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer charity. Funeral to take place on Thursday 16th December, 1pm at Stockton Crematorium, Maplewood Chapel.
