Many thanks to the ambulance crew and staff at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital A & E Department for their care and attention. Also to Rev. Mike Page-Chestney for his most comforting words and service and to David and staff at H & HJ Huteson & Sons for their excellent and professional funeral arrangements.
