John William Chadwick MbeCHADWICKOf Shottlegate, Belper passed away suddenly on 2nd May 2022, aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband of Eileen, loving father to Rod, step-father to Timothy and Colin, grandad to Finn and Ruby, father in law to Jo and Katherine. Funeral service at St John The Evangelist Church, Hazelwood on Thursday 26th May 2022 at 11.00am followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please, donations to the British Heart Foundation may be sent to R & K Jepson, Middleton House, 22 Coldwell Street, Wirksworth, DE4 4FB. Tel: 01629 822113
