Jennifer AnnCHAMBERS (nee Thomas)Peacefully on the 27th of July 2022 at Singleton Hospital, Swansea. Beloved wife of Brian, devoted mother to Nicola, Kathryn and to Joshua. Much loved grandmother to Alex and Nia, and to Sam, Jake, Courtney and Ava and adored great-grandmother to Esmae and Darcie and a special sister to Pat. Jennifer will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service to be held at Swansea Crematorium on Friday 12th of August at 11.00 am.
