SydCLACKERAt rest on 1st May 2022 at the RSUH, Syd aged 85 years formerly of Bradeley and Smallthorne. Devoted husband of the late Ann. Much loved dad of David and Karen, dearly loved father-in-law of Susan and Roger, treasured grandad of Matthew, Richard and George, cherished great-grandad of Layla, Harvey, Brody and Charlie, a loving uncle and a good friend to many. Funeral service will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday May 23rd at 1.30pm. Will relatives and friends kindly meet at Carmountside. No floral tributes please by request, donations if desired for Alzheimer's Research UK, Diabetes UK or the Stroke Association. Always greeted you with a smile
With his own inimitable charismatic style
Loved a bet a fag and a beer
Though was always at his happiest when family were near
So now go to sleep mate you’ve earned your rest
