Albert ArthurCLARKE ((NOBBY))(NOBBY) Suddenly, but now peacefully at rest on Saturday 2nd October 2021 at The Haywood Hospital, Nobby aged 84 years of Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Former Mayor of Newcastle-Under-Lyme, the last President of National Union of Mine workers, Alderman (honorary). Devoted husband of Wendy, treasured dad of Ian, Nigel, Julie and Matthew. Loved father-in-law to Rebecca, Steve, Claire. Loving grandad and great grandad. Nobby will be fondly remembered by all his loving family, friends and everyone that knew him. Funeral service held at Holy Trinity Church, Newcastle on Tuesday 26th October 2021 at 12:00pm. Family flowers only. Donations much appreciated to The British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK.
