So sorry to hear of Ian's passing. Have fond memories of Ian covering photography work at the Mail during his Artworx project and latterly for the Journal magazine. A really nice man, with a big, friendly grin and the deepest, broadest Scots accent I've ever heard. Deepest condolences to his family. I know my former colleagues and black tie diary event organisers will be saddened by his loss. Regards, Jim Mitchell, former Picture Editor at the Hull Daily Mail.
