James EdwardCONKLINGAge 45 Years Suddenly but peacefully at home 24th August 2019 A dearly loved and sorely missed son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin. Funeral Service and Committal will take place at West Lancashire Crematorium on Thursday 19th September at 12.15 p.m. Family flowers only but donations if so desired can be made to the Samaritans.
