JohnCOOKOn November 26th 2015, John Cook a retired youth worker, passed away at St Andrews Hospice after a long battle with cancer. John formerly of Norwich lived in Immingham since 1974, he arrived to work in and run the Youth Centre on the Civic Centre, where he continued his work there for 33 years until transferring to council offices to work in other areas of the youth service. His many years of service have endeared him to so many in one way or another, thinking of others until the end. John donated his body to medical research, and therefore no funeral is planned.
