ColinCOOKSuddenly at home aged 59 years. A much loved partner to Carol and a dear father to Daniel and Emma. Due to current restrictions, a private family funeral service will take place at St John the Evangelist Church, Ashton Hayes on Monday 30th November, followed by burial in the churchyard.
