RobertCOWTON (Bob)(Gateshead) Peacefully at home on 20th October, aged 81 years, Robert (Bob). The beloved husband of the late Lilian, much loved dad of Angela, Carole and Robert, a dearest father-in-law, a devoted grandad and great-grandad and also a dear brother of Brian, Alan and the late Peter. Bob will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Would friends please meet for service at St Anne's RC Church, Harlow Green, on Thursday 4th November at 10.00am, followed by interment in Saltwell Cemetery at 11.00am. By request, family flowers only, donations in lieu with a retiring collection for Prostate Cancer UK, a donation box will be available at St Anne's RC Church. Bob and I were cousins and I have some great memories of family weddings at his parents house where Bob, his brothers always had lots of laughs and as a kid it was great fun.
One of the nicest people you could ever meet, always smiling and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
