Susan AnneCUERDEN (Of Churchdown)Of Churchdown Sadly passed away on Tuesday 7th September, after a long and determined battle with cancer. Known to her friends and family as an active and enthusiastic sportswoman, passionate gardener, keen painter and lover of animals, she will be greatly missed by all those who knew her. Sue's funeral will take place at Gloucester Crematorium, Coney Hill Road, GL4 4PA on Monday, 27th September 2021 at 2:30 pm. In celebration of Sue's rich life, the family requests smart casual dress only please. In lieu of flowers, donations are invited for the Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity and may be sent c/o S. C. & B. S. Cocks, Funeral Directors, 59 Hucclecote Road, Gloucester, GL3 3TL.

Miss Cuerden was my PE teacher when I attended Colwell School for Girls from 1978 - 1983.
She was always nice and encouraging.
