MichaelCUSACKDied peacefully 13th February 2013 after a short illness. Reunited with his wife Mai. A loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Erdington Abbey on Thursday 28th February at 11.00 am, followed by an interment at Sutton Coldfield Cemetery, will be received into Church on Wednesday 27th 5.30 pm. Family flowers only.
