(Ex. Northern & Fed Staff Bus Driver, retired secretary of 5,s & 3,s League).
Peacefully in Pinetree Lodge with his loving family on 19th June 2021, aged 88 years.
Dearly loved husband of Sandra, dad to Gail, Keith, Wendy & sons-in-law Steve & Ray, Grandad to Nichola & Neil, Great Grandad to Lillie & Jasmine. A devoted & much loved stepdad to Simon & daughter-in-law Donna, the best Grandad to Paul, Michael, Jade, Simon & their spouses Mark & Tina, loved Great Grandad to Lucy & Lilly, loved brother-in-law & uncle of all the family.
Service to take place at Saltwell Crematorium, Friday 2nd July at 1.45pm, please wear bright colours. Due to Covid restrictions funeral by invitation only. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Pinetree Lodge can be made at the service. All welcome to Greencroft Club afterwards.
Ken will be greatly missed by his loving family & friends but will never be forgotten. A big candle has gone out of our lives. Rest in peace Ken - love you, Sandra.

You welcomed me into your family with open arms. Thank you for being a dad to Simon and a grandad to our children. You were the best father in law a girl could ask for. Your hugs were not just hugs, they were all the love in the world wrapped around us. Love you Ken, you will never be forgotten and the candle we hold for you will never go out. Xxx
