Frederick (Fred)DALE(Heaton) Aged 66 died peacefully at St Oswald's Hospice on 6th October 2021, with his family by his side. Dearly loved husband of Kathleen (nee Hennessy), much loved dad of Lynsey, Mark and son in law Chris. Proud Grandad to Zach and Evie. Loving son of Thelma and the late Fred, brother to Michael and the late Carol. Family and friends to meet for the funeral service at West Road Crematorium on Tuesday 19th October at 11 am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers to St Oswald's Hospice.
