IanDAVIESJonathan 'TIPPER' Sadly passed away at Queens Hospital on the 6th May 2016, aged 40 years. Beloved son of Aileen and Brian, Partner to Martine. Loving Brother of Alvin, Danielle and Michelle. Treasured Father to Chloe, Rhys, Elle, Georgia and Cody. A Precious Uncle and a special loved friend to many. The Funeral Service will be held at St Chads Church on Thursday 19th May at 10.45 am. A private service for immediate Family and close friends only will be held at Bretby Crematorium. Family Flowers only please. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made, if desired, and will be collected in 'Memory of Ian' at the service and given to a charity to be chosen at a later date.
