TristanDAVIESAndrew Passed away peacefully at home on 10th September 2016 aged 28 years. Loving Son to Lorraine & Antony and a dear Brother to Nathan. A funeral service for Tristan will be held on Wednesday 28th September 1.30pm in the Carnarvon Chapel Bretby Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired for the Hayward House Appeal & Macmillan Nurses can be placed in the collection box at the service.
